Ready for Snow

I ordered the girls a snowsuit for the winter!! I figured since we moved to OH there would be more snow!! Madelyn needed a new winter coat and I found one with bibs with it. Sears had them all on sale!! Hopefully they will get to use them this year!!!

Payton 1st Birthday!!

Saturday we had Payton's birthday party at our apartment!! All of my family came!! I cant believe that she is already a year old. It seems like yesterday was when the hardest day of our life happened. We went to the hospital thinking this was going to go just as easy as Madelyn and came out dealing with something that no one should ever have to go trough!! Thank goodness everything is going so good!!! Payton is so funny! Her and Madelyn fight over toys. Payton yells at her and the dog all the time!! She is running around like crazy!! She has been walking since about 10 1/2 months!! She tries to talk all the time!! Guess she cant let Madelyn be the only one!! She is growing and everything is doing great!! no worries now!!!

We had such a good time with all the family!! I hope every did too!! Thank you Mom, Brian, Brad, Jaime, Dad, and Tina for driving all way here to celebrate Payton's Birthday!! We had such a good time!! Cant wait to see everyone again at Christmas!! Love you all!! Also Madelyn wa soo good while everyone was here!! I was so proud of her. Her reward was getting to stay up as late as she wanted!! She made it till 11:30 and got up before 8AM.

Our New Couch

Oh Veterans Day Eric was off and all the furniture stores were having big sales. So our couch was in pretty bad shape and it was old too. My Mom and Brian gave them to us because they weren't using them anymore!! We were so glad to get them. So we headed to the store to see what we could find!! after 3 stores and a whole day of shopping for finally picked one out!! I LOVE LOVE it so much!! They are so big and comfy!! We got an awesome deal on them too!! Cant pass that up!!

They were already put to good use!! I had to help him carry these in!! It was so heavy and Eric made fun of me for saying they were heavy!! Glad we got them set up before my parents got here for the weekend!!

We had to keep the recliner for Rusty. It is his seat!! We didn't want him jumping on the new couches!! We will see how long that will last!!!

So glad our apartment is coming together!! Only down fall is that we have to pack all this stuff up and do it all over again in less then 2 years!!!

So I have to turn Madelyn's bed into a toddler daybed!! I am hoping that doing this we can get her to start going to bed by herself and sleep in there all night. She is so excited about it and told me she will go to bed tonight so I guess we will see!!!

Funny Story

Ok so here is a funny story!! I can tell it now because we first were very mad about it!! We got this letter earlier this week that said there have been complaints about us because we aren't picking up our dog's poop!! If we don't pick it up then we can get evicted!! So I was really really pissed off about this!! 1 there is a lady who brings her dog over by our apartment to poop and she NEVER cleans it up! 2 there is this man we found out hes from New York, anyway.. we can't stand him. He gets mad when we take Rusty out and his dog is out there. His dog is NEVER on a leash. So he wont leave Rusty alone!! EVERY time he is outside she is on his phone! He is out there at 6:00 AM and talking on his phone!! Crazy!! 3 He is the one that told on us we know it because this guy picks up his dog's poop and wipes the dog's butt!! Idiot is all I have to say!! So being the I guess not so nice person I am. I called the front desk. told them: We pick up the poop 3 times a week. She said well u are supposed to everytime!! I reply well if you would empty out the trash can outside and keep the baggies filled then we probably would!! She said Ill tell the maintenance men know!! Then I told her about the lady with her dog and she says she is getting a letter too!! Then I told her about the man and his dog. How it bothers Rusty and he lets it come on our porch and everything and Our dog is on a leash and his dog is causing problems!! Well this man is supposed to get a letter too!! I'm giving him until today to get a leash!! If not Im calling the front desk every time hes out!! He wants to play these games guess what I play too!! We have now decided that in like 2 weeks when this blows over every time he is out we are taking Rusty out!! Just to make him mad!!!

So here is the trash can that we are supposed to put the poop bags in. Its been like this all week. See the boxes on top? That's supposed to be baggies in there to use. How wants to pick up their dogs poop anyway!! That is just gross!! Oh well We are doing it now!!! Its not fun believe me!! Now we find this story funny! There are so many people here who don't pick up the poop but we are the one to get a letter about it!! Thank God we are only here for 20 more months!!!

We're Back!!!

Ok so we are back!! Our computer broke and we had to send it off to get fixed!!! So glad we got it back!! Not much happened since then!!! I got Madelyn's winter coat out from last year to see if it fit Payton and Yep it sure did. So now we just have to get Madelyn a winter coat!! Its getting cold up here fast!! Snow this weekend!! They say it wont sick the ground isn't cold enough!! We had some visitors. Jaime came on a Thursday night and left the Saturday of Halloween weekend. Then my dad, Tina, Adam, and Brady came on Saturday evening. We went trick or treating!! Madelyn had so much fun!! We weren't sure where to go because our first plan was to go to the Military Housing but they did theirs on Friday night. So we drove around looking for some subdivisions. Well we peas a few and there weren't any kids out!! Weird I know!! So Madelyn kept yelling at Eric " Hurry Daddy I trick or treat!!" She is too funny!! Madelyn is potty trained!! Well at home! We haven't tried to take her in public in her panties. We might try this weekend!! Then Payton is now walking!! She is too cute!! She still falls every now and then!! So that's pretty much all we have been up too!! Pretty exciting I know!!

It was hard enough trying to fight Payton over candy while we were walking around so I didn't even try to get it out!! She was trying to eat the candy with the wrapper on!!
